According to China Enterprise Management Software Industry Report,
2012 released by SinoMarketInsight, till 2014, the market size of Chinese
enterprise management software industry will surpass RMB 25 billion, with an
annual growth rate of over 10%.
In China, the value of software has long been underestimated,
which causes slow growth for the revenue of software companies. Among top 100
Chinese software companies, the strong ones are mostly the embedded software
enterprises such as Huawei, ZTE and Digital China, whose majority of proceeds
still come from hardware devices. With regard to IT investment, the software
investment only account for 11% of IT investment currently in China, far lower
than the global average 21% and the level 27% in the United States, letting
alone the services. However, this also shows the room for growth of Chinese
management software.
